本书作者采用访纪实口述实录的手法，采访了20个年龄在16岁到40岁的中国人，围绕“我的现实与梦想”这个主题来谈他们各自的经历和感受和追梦的过程。所谓中国梦，包含对国家环境、世界环境的认识和对个人人生的期许和规划，个人经历中涉及个人的眼界改变和人生观改变的重大事件，人文环境、经济环境对个人成长的影响。每一位受访者的故事都将围绕“个人与国家，国家与世界”这个中心来讲述。受访者既面对现实又创造梦想，在寻找现实与梦想间的和谐平衡中思考、探索。

This book is based on interviews of Chinese people aged from 16 to 40 and tells a true story of each interviewee chasing their dreams and what they encounter in the process. Through different stories vividly told by people of different ages, the book presents readers a close-up picture of young Chinese people’s lives, families, work, study and their opinions on career, society, the environment, the nation and the world.
