    Summary:

    This picture album are composed of vivid figure paintings, many of which tell interesting stories, thus it is of high value both for reading and appreciating. These paintings were selected from over 4,000 delicate articles, especially that from the two major grottoe groups as the Dunhuang Grottoes (locate in China’s Gansu Province, dating from 366 AD) and Yulin Grottoes (locate in China’s Gansu Province, dating from the Tang Dynasty). Among them, there are painting photographs of Yulin Grottoes that had never been publicized before, and over 80 percent ones from special-class grottoes, which are extremely worthy to be collected.
