The State Council Information Office welcomes you to a press conference at the Briefing Hall of the State Council Information Office (225, Chao Yang Men Nei Da Jie) at 10:00 am, on Monday, 27 March, 2006.

We will invite Zhu Xiaoqing, Deputy Procurator-General, Supreme People's Procuratorate, Zheng Shaodong, Assistant Minister, Ministry of Public Security, Gong Zheng, Vice Minister, General Administration of Customs, Li Dongsheng, Vice Minister, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and Yan Xiaohong, Deputy Commissioner, National Copyright Administration, to talk and answer questions about

I. The Provisional Regulation on Better Connection in the Fight Against Crimes Involving Infringement on the Exclusive Use of Trademarks

II. The Opinion on Speedy Referral of Suspected Criminal Cases by Administrative Law Enforcement Authorities

III. Other regulations on speeding up the process of referral of IPR infringement cases by administrative law enforcement authorities to judicial enforcement authorities and better coordination in protecting IPR.
