Honorable Randall R. Rader（伦德尔·瑞德），美国联邦巡回上诉法院法官，乔治华盛顿大学法律博士。1988年被里根总统任命为美国索赔法院法官，并于1990年被老布什总统任命为联邦巡回上诉法院法官。伦德尔·瑞德法官积极担任教职，在弗吉尼亚大学法学院、乔治城大学法律中心教授专利法和高级知识产权法教程，并与他人合著有专利法案例书。他荣膺诸多名誉称号，曾获得J. Wm. Fulbright杰出公共服务奖、杰弗逊奖、杰出教学奖、杰出服务奖等，也曾任美国众议院议员、参议院司法委员会顾问、参议院司法委员会附属宪法委员会和专利商标版权委员会顾问等职。

Honorable Randall R. Rader is a Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He obtained a B.A. in English from Brigham Young University in 1974. President Ronald Reagan appointed him to the United States Claims Court in 1988 and President George Bush nominated him to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in 1990. He has taught patent law and advanced intellectual property courses at the University of Virginia School of Law, Georgetown University Law Center, and The George Washington University Law School. Judge Rader is co-author of a casebook on patent law. He has received many awards, including the J. Wm. Fulbright Award for Distinguished Public Servic; the Jefferson Medal; a Distinguished Teaching Award; and a Distinguished Service Award. Judge Rader served members of the House of Representatives (1975-1980) and as counsel to the Senate Judiciary Committee (1980-1988).
