Procedure Guidebook
The grand opening ceremony of 2007 China International Coffee and Bar Expo, a coffee and bar pageant in the Asia-Pacific Region, will be held in Beijing National Agricultural Exhibition Centre on December 11th. For your full information of this Expo, we provide the following details.
1 Sign-up and application
1.1Please log onto www.expocn.org, download the Sign-up Form, fill in the form in a request format, seal, and send or fax it to the secretary General Office together with a copy of the business license, artificial person certificate, a copy of ID card of artificial person, a brief introduction of the enterprise, and the materials of the exhibition items. Or, you can also send to the exhibition agencies, which will gather all the materials and send them to the Secretary General Office.
1.2 After sending the Sign-up Form, the enterprises that participate in the Expo shall remit the exhibition payment to the account appointed by the organizing committee, so that the exhibition booths be confirmed. It’s also required to fax the copy of the receipt to the Secretariat on the same day for confirmation. The invoices will be issued by Secretary General Office on the exhibition spot or be sent to the companies upon the requests.
Charge Standard
1) International-standard exhibition stand: 2800USD (3m×3m)
Indoor floor: 280USD/square meter (Rent minimum; 36 square meters )
2) The tenting foregift is 100RMB per square meter. The minimum foregift of a whole exhibition stand is 3,000RMB. If no damages or litters on the floor after the stands are removed, the foregift will be returned to the tenting and arrangement companies.

1.3 After receiving the Sign-up Form and other materials, the Secretary General Office will do the qualification auditing upon the exhibitors and issue the written form of qualification confirmation to those meet the conditions.
1.4 After receiving the subscription fee, the Secretary General Office will arrange the location of the exhibition stands in accordance with the time order of the subscription fee, the category, the exhibition area, and send or deliver the exhibition related materials such as the Exhibition Stand Confirmation and the Exhibition Guidebook.
2 The Post-approved Preparation Period
2.1 The enterprises are required to e-mail the drawings of exhibition stand and wiring (the special decoration drawings included) to the appointed e-mail box of the Secretary General Office within two work-days when receiving the Exhibition Stand Confirmation.
2.2 Meanwhile, it is required to send to the Secretary General Office of the Expo the personal data and photos of the members of the delegation (four members each).
2.3 Those enterprises that need to put ads on the Expo may have to e-mail the Secretary General Office the propaganda and the advertisement before November 15th. (E-mail: a13810043003@163.com)
2.4 The Expo have appointed Tenting and Arrangement companies, therefore the exhibitors could provide them with the drawings of the exhibition stand and wiring and special décor so as to make early contact with the companies and have some discussions on tenting of the stands and wiring.
2.5The appointed international shipping institute of the Expo is Haicheng Bond International shipping Agency Limited Company. In order to secure the arrival of the exhibition items at Beijing in time, we suggest that the exhibitors make contact with company on the shipping proceedings in advance.
2.6 Accommodation during the Expo
Regarding the accommodation, please consult with our appointed lodging, tourism and translation and interpretation agencies.

3 Exhibition Registrations and the Expo
3.1 The exhibitors shall register in the Secretary General Office with the copy of the Exhibition Stand Confirmation and the remit voucher on December 8th and 9th 2007, and draw Expo materials the Exhibition Cards. For group delegations, the chief person should register in the Secretary General Office. The Exhibition cards, relevant materials and exhibition items should be drawn by the chief of the delegation.

Register-on-the-spot is located at the office in the west on the first floor of Beijing National Agricultural Exhibition Center. There is going to be consulting, registering and service desk, which will offer registering and other backup service to the exhibitors.
3.2 Exhibition Time
1) Lay-out Time: 9:00-17:00 December 10th 2007
2) Public Opening: 9:00-16:30 December 11th -14th 2007
3) Removing: 14:30—19:00 December 14th 2007
