17：00——17：15    主持人致开场辞，介绍出席嘉宾和经贸招待会流程。

17：15——17：30     中方代表发言。

17：30——17：45    马达加斯加共和国驻华大使馆特命全权大使维克托·希科尼纳发言，并介绍国家经济、贸易、教育、文化、旅游、矿产资源等领域概况。

17：45——17：55    启动中国与马达加斯加共和国双方合作仪式。

17：55——18：10    参会国家三位大使发言。

18：10——18：15    中方代表发言。

18：15——20：00    嘉宾就餐（西式冷餐酒会）。（小提琴伴奏20分钟）

18：15——20：00    法国，德国，阿根廷，马达加斯加共和国等二十个国家大使、公使、参赞、外交官与中国政府官员，企业代表，自由洽谈。（小提琴伴奏20分钟）

18：15——20：00    法国，德国，阿根廷，马达加斯加共和国等二十个国家大使、公使、参赞、外交官就国家经济、文化、教育、旅游、移民、签证、投资、矿产开发、友好城市的建立等问题进行咨询。

20：00——20：15    主流媒体对大使进行专访。

20：00——20：15    法国，德国，阿根廷，马达加斯加共和国等二十个国家大使、大使夫人、公使、参赞、外交官与中国政府官员、企业领袖、社会名流进行合影留念。（小提琴伴奏15分钟）
