This duster is used axial inlet cyclone units which is made of ceramic. The cyclone units are arranged in the same height. Its inlet is made up four screw guide inlets which is at 30 angle to the axis. When the gas is into the cyclone units, it revolves at a high speed, and the dust is separated from the gas. The ceramic cyclone unit has a smooth in-surface, so it is not easy to be obstructed, and the efficiency is much higher. The ceramics have a very high resistance to etch and to wear; so it has a longer service life, save steel products, light weight, high-temperature resistance, without changing appearance. |
