Application Scope	The products of the small-scale experiment are widely used in the industrial wastewater, domestic wastewater in paper making, textile, porcelain, oil field, printing and dyeing industries. After the treatment for Liaohe River, COD and BOD in the discharge water meet the discharge standard of the state. The middle experimental product is now carrying out the practical research after the medium experiment.

Economic Feasibility & Market Forecast	The new high polymer flocculant is used with the inorganic flocculant together. COD and BOD of the treated water can not only meet the national discharge standard but prevent the water quality from being further deteriorated. The treated water utilizing the flocculant can be recirculated and has the function of the corrosion delayer. When treating the industry wastewater, about 2-10 ppm of flocculant is needed according to the water quality and cost of per ton wastewater is about 0.06-0.4 Yuan and 2-3ppm is needed when treating the domestic wastewater, the cost is 0.06-0.1 Yuan. Plus other inorganic dose,the total cost for treating each ton of wastewater is 0.2-0.8 Yuan.
