Technology Details

     The production of the SHP-W Micro-perforation Resonance Sound Absorption Barrier is based on the Micro-perforation Sound Absorption Designability Theory founded by professor Madayou. In this theory, some high-efficiency coefficients bodies such as the micro-perforation pore plate and top-sectors which bring new structure, excellent acoustics properties and better appearance. In addition, it can also prevent rain-water, accumulated dust and glisten and be produced with less steps.
     The corresponding product has tested according to acoustics and mechanics theories. With its acceptable noise-decreasing and structural intensity performances, he product can be used for high raised highways. After passing the above tests, successful field operation was made with all necessary technical document and product design.
     To Date, the primary scientific research and samples production has be accomplished for the said barrier. Then, the product has been used on the construction of the western section of a high-raised highway in Yan'an, for which it obtained satisfactory purpose and positive comment from users.
     As a tool to lower noise outdoors, the transparent micro-perforation sound absorption board has reached international advanced technology level while it is the first one in corresponding domestic field. The successful utilization of the said barrier can be taken for noise lowering for outdoor traffic and related noise control instrument.

Technology Principle

     It takes advantage of the micro-perforation sound absorption theory and sound diffraction theory. The computer optimized design used, the plate micro-perforation barrier were combined with the sector high-efficiency sound absorption which results in a new sound barrier.

     The product can be used for noise control for road traffic and industrial instruments.

     The utilization of the product can lower reduce pollution caused by noise as well as bring beauty for the city appearance. With its help, the environment with outdoor noise can meet the requirements of the City Region Environment Noise Standard with its number of GB3096-93 and the Industrial Enterprises Noise Standards with the number of GB234B-98.

Application

     Since May 1996 when this technology was utilized in production, the corresponding products have been used on an area of 583 sq meters. It's predicted that the said product will be used for additional 18550 sq meters in the nest three years. Principal uses are the projects construction headquarters of the western section of a Yan'an High-raised Highway.

Awards

     The Shanghai Excellent New Product Secondary Award has been obtained in 1996.
     The product was cognized as a kind of national new product in 1997.
