2. Basic Facts about the Enterprise

This modern coal-processing plant's fixed capital is 150,000,000 RMB yuan and has an annual washing capacity of 600,000 tons coal,the PC984 centralized control of its connected sequence production line is introduced from USA. At present, 1000 staffs and workers (300 of them are technicians) are working in an area of 300,000 sq.m. Up to now, the plant has developed itself as a company group who owns a connected sequence of ptoduction, transportation,supply and sale; different level of coal, coke, electricity and gas; multielement ofscience, industry, commerce and trade.

3. Investment Environment

The plant area is not only rich in high quality coal whose reserves is large and mine condition is good, but also rich in water recource. So the supply of raw material is reliable. And because it locates in the east of No.108 State Road and west of Dayun Road, 2km inside special railway is connected with Nan Tongpu Railway as well, thus the transportation is very convenient.

Relavent documents have been approved, site of the plant has been selected and the feasibility study report has been ready.

The produced electricity will be connected to Shanxi Electricity Network for selling.

Annual sales income: 149,500,000RMB yuan;
