1. Content of the Project: It is planned to perform the technical transformation of existing facilities to produce 30, 000t/y aniline.
2. Estimated investment: The total investment is USD 16.13 million, including the proposed foreign capital of USD 6.45 million, which accounts for 40% of the total.
3. Market analysis: The domestic market demand for the project product shall be up to 113, 000 tons annually, with an annual growth rate of 8%. And there is a great market demand as well internationally.
4. Construction conditions: The project site lies in Hebei Jizhong Chemical Co., Ltd., which is located in the West Industrial Zone of Wuji County, being 10km from Shihuang Highway and Jingshen Highway, and 15km from Shijiazhuang International Airport. Such services as mobile telecommunications services and Internet are all available for the project. And the construction cost may be greatly reduced by transforming the present buildings and sharing the existing facilities for water, electricity and steam supply. The main materials to be used in the project include nitrobenzene and hydrogen, with an annual consumption of 44, 000 tons and 9500NM3 respectively. All materials shall be supplied by the Company itself.
5. Analysis of economic profits: The annual sales income shall be USD 20.26 million, with profits and tax of USD 6.65 million, and the internal rate of return (IRR) being 20%. The investment recovery period shall be 4.65 years (including construction period). The break-even point is 20.7% and the net present financial value is USD 7.4 million.
