It is the third time for Sichuan Provincial Government to run big-scale organ reform following 1996 and 2000 different from former institutional reforms, the reform this time will stress on strengthening and perfecting SOE’s assets management, strengthening reform development guide and macro-regulation and -control and changing government function, improving administrative affection and establishing clean and hi-effective service government.

It is said; Sichuan Provincial Government institutional reform will put into practice before late March.
