To enrich migrant workers' lives and enable them to protect their rights while seeking jobs in big cities, a night school was set up on Wednesday in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, reports China West Metropolis News.
Located in Jinjiang District, the classroom is a former workshop which occupies 100-odd square metres.
The curriculum, which includes production safety and legal knowledge as well as culture and professional skill training, has won a great deal of acclaim from the rural workers who come to the city to find employment.
The courses are provided free of charge.
