The patrolman should sign own name when he patrols in every appointed places and registers the security conditions of locale. It is the first for Chengdu police.

Setting Wuhou Public Security Branch as an example, 14 police motors and 14 patrol wagons drived to every patrol spots. Wuhou Public Security Branch set up 88 patrol spots in Wuhou District and every policeman must patrol in 5 spots and everyone must register the public security conditions around.

These patrol spots mainly distribute around governmental departments, important sites, commerce net, complicated spots, etc. This activity will take active role on keep the masses' safety.
