Contents

To build civil net of 85 kilometers medium－pressure conveyer and 6 pressure regulation centers; to build a door for the natural gas and storage and distribution water for gas with 40 thousand cubic meters. The first stage is estimated to supply the natural gas for 0.11 million residence, and the second stage is able to supple for 0.22 million residence to use the natural gas. The rate of gasify for the first stage is 49％. The total investment is 230 million RMB, including the first stage investment 180 million RMB and the second one 50 million RMB.

Conditions

Yinchuan is the capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and is the center of the politic, economic and culture of the region. There are 0.6 million people living in Yinchuan city at present. The old way of supplying the gas is through the LPG tanked. It restricts the economic developing and affects the living quality. Natural gas is the convenient clean and cheap gas fuel, and is the way for developing the civil gas. The storage of Shan－Gan－Ning gas field which is near yinchuanis 30 hundred million cubic meters verified, occupies the No.1 all over China. The quality of the gas is perfect: the rate of hydrogen sulfide is below 20 per cubic meter, and the calorific value is 9200 grand calorie. It is the ideal civil gas.
The project of Gas conveyer from Jinbian of Shanxi to Yinchuan has completed. 4－6 hundred million cubic meters natural gas can be transferred, and 10 hundred million cubic meters natural gas can be transferred after being pressured. The supplying can satisfy the city need completely. The 20 kilometers medium－pressure conveyer net has constructed and 2＊ 2000 cubic meters sphere. The residence of using it has reached 20 thousand.

Financial Analysis

The first construction period is 3 years. The sales income is 1.5 hundred million RMB per year, and the profit is 12 million RMB. The investment recovery period is 8.5 years.
