Preferential Policies
I.	Tenant enterprises will enjoy preferential policies stipulated by the municipal, provincial and central government.
II.	Be free of 45 administrative charges.
III.	To be preferred candidates for National Technological Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, provincial and municipal Development Fund for Software Industry, Seeds Fund, Venture Capital, Guarantee Fund and Three Scientific and Technological Subsidies (refer to the new product trial manufacturing expenses, testing and experimental spending and major scientific research subsidies) provided by Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Shenyang Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Administrative Committee of Shenyang Hunnan New Urban District.
IV.	The income tax rate for those whom have been approved as high-tech enterprise will be levied at 15%.   Newly founded high-tech enterprises will enjoy exemption from income tax for 2 years from the first year of operation.   Approved software enterprises will be charged at rate of 3% in value added tax and enjoy office rentage subsidies policy.   Approved newly founded software enterprises will enjoy income tax exemption in the first two year and have 50% of income tax levied from the third to the fifth year from the first year making profits.
V.	Low rentage policy: Standard rent for tenant enterprises: 1RMB/m2/day.   Tenant enterprises founded by revisiting overseas Chinese scholars or approved software enterprises will get certain rental exemption.   For the common S&T enterprises, rentage will be charged at 40% in the first year and 70% in the second year. From the third year, they will be charged at the standard rent.
VI.	The fee for property management is competitive compared with the similar regions/facilities.
