Content of project:
Circulation Roads of East Mountain Mine District,consisted of four roads from Liu lin town to Zhaojiazhuang,Caojia shan to Shipan, Longmenta to Longmen yuan, and Chenjia wan to Hexi,involve 3 countrysides and 35 villages with the whole length of 41km,whose foundation widths are 8.5m and surface width 7 m in accordance with second-grade mountain ridge standard.
The project is proposed according to the arrangement of the provincal communication department and the overall plan of our county’s traffic development. The roads, started separately from the joint places with the state road 307 and Li-Lin-Liu-Shi highroads and ended at the joint point with Zhong Yang West Mountain Circulation Main-line Road, will extremely promote the development and utilization of local mineral resources to accelerate the local economy greatly. Up to now the preliminary preparation has been completed, but because of the local finance in short supply, cooperative modes shall be adapted in the project upon the approval of Liulin County Commission of CPC and Government of Liulin.
There are many fabourable conditions in the project, for instance, large amount reserves of various minerals distributed widely with good quality, including the proven geological reserves such as coke coal of 0.25 million tons, bauxite of 80 million tons ,gypsum of 0.2 million tons as well as rich sulphur and quartz.Up to present, there are 24 mines with the output of 1.9 million tons , and the production scale shall reach 4 million tons in the near future,in addition there are 8 coking factories with annual output of 600 thousand tons,and 4 coal washing factories with annual output of 500 thousand tons, as well as the project of developing bauxite and iron mineral are being prepared. which prospect will be bright with considerable benefits.

Content of project:
The project with current advanced technology in the country could increase working efficiency by 20 times than traditional forging technology, and could comprehensively save energy by 20 percent.
(1)Products programme:
To produce various types of high ,medium and low pressure flanges with the nominal diameters from 600 mm to 3,000 mm and annular parts, in accordance with international standards, the annual output shall reach 5,000 tons .
(2)Technology programme :
a.Feeding materials with high speed belt sawing machine
b.Heating with gas furnace
c.Preparing blank with champing level beater
d.Forming in roll spreading with numerical control machine
e. Finishing products processed by turning and scaping with lathe and drilling machine
f. Rinsing, rollling words, air paiting, heat drying and packing for the finished products.
(3)Main features of the designed technology
a.Advanced technology for flange and ring parts production
b.The new technology could make semifinished products with small and even allowance to improve their right alignment and flatness so as to increase the productive effcience and products quality, which can save raw materials by more than 20 per cent.
c.The technology of roll spreading without impact and shoke and in low noise is in line with the standard of environmental protection
d.Flexiable operation and accurate control
(4)The total investment of the project is 15 million yuan RMB ,among which the fixed assets is 11 million yuan RMB(3 million yuan RMB raised by the enterprise and 8 million yuan RMB from finance), and liquid capital 4 million yuan RMB.
(5)After putting into production , the annual sales income shall reach 37.5 million yuan RMB,the profits and tax shall be 9.32 million yuan RMB,and it shall earn foreign exchange of 4 million USD each year.
