The American Children's Painting Competition (ACPC) is held every two years by Asian Cultural Center, International Center at Princeton University, Asian American Cultural Center at Rutgers University and New England Museum for Contemporary Art. The 2006 ACPC will focus on the theme "Our Life, Our Community".
By organizing this year's ACPC, Asian Cultural Center would like to provide children all through the country with an opportunity to pay attention to their life and local community. At the same time, the ACC hopes that children's paintings would inspire adults to take proactive actions for the imminent environmental and educational problems.
All children in North American from 3 to 18 years of age may take part in this Competition. Each participant competes with one item of work, whereas institutions and associations may send total.
Entries must reach the ACC NJ office by April 10th 2006 at the latest.
